Construction Permit Process to Be Shortened Under New Policy

Vietnam's Ministry of Construction has announced a simplified construction permit process that is expected to take effect by year-end.
The proposed improvements include reducing review time from 45 to 30 days, requiring fewer documents, providing a one-stop service and introducing online applications.
These changes are expected to improve project start-up efficiency and reduce time costs, especially for foreign investors.
