Construction Supervision Engineer (Ha Nam)
- Directly supervise on-site construction activities (civil or industrial, depending on the project). - Monitor construction progress and report on site conditions. - Identify project issues in a timely manner and propose appropriate solutions to address arising matters. - Work directly with construction contractors to coordinate and update work progress.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction supervision; candidates with experience in civil or factory construction projects are preferred.
- Ability to read drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and proficiently use AutoCAD.
- Willing to travel for short-term or long-distance business trips as required.
- Possessing a Construction Supervision Practice Certificate (Grade II or higher).

BIM QS Assistant
- Perform quantity take-offs, review quantities, and update the BOQ. - Develop and make basic modifications to BIM models. - Coordinate with the Architectural, Structural, and MEPF departments to ensure the completeness and consistency of design documentation. - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the various stages of the project. - Compile project reports and track and update design changes and additional works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working on civil and industrial construction projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and engineering software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Experience in quantity take-off from BIM models is an advantage.

Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in construction supervision is required; candidates with experience in factory construction projects are preferred.
- Ability to read drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and proficiently use AutoCAD.
- Willing to travel for short-term or long-distance business trips as required.
- Possessing a Construction Supervision Practice Certificate (Grade II or higher).

Senior Engineer
Manage executive scheduling and communications, related secretarial administration and assigned tasks; no business travel required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree
- At least five years of secretarial experience supporting a general manager or higher-level executive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese; TOEIC score of 700 or above
- Proactive, detail-oriented and a strong communicator
Benefits:
- Monthly salary of TWD 84,000
- TWD 90,000 or more after probation
- Year-end bonus of three months or more
- Additional experience-based pay is negotiable
